I have noticed this to be true. Certain ideas rise to the surface and need to be expressed, if I don't do it, someone else will. And if I wait too long, the ideas fade back below the surface.
Expression is filtered through us as humans is inherently a constraint on the infinite. It changes from unearthly to earthly, which is an essential element of making it a reality.
